A play on a summer treat, these are a fun alternative to the classic s’more!
Ingredients:
Popsicle sticks
Wax paper
Graham crackers
Marshmallow fluff
Melting chocolate
Sprinkles or other topping (crushed graham crackers, toffee, candies, etc.)
First, break your graham crackers in half. Spread the fluff on both halves, place a popsicle stick down on one side, and then top with another graham cracker, so that the stick is “glued” between the crackers.
Then place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and remove the graham crackers from the freezer. Working one at a time, coat each graham cracker in chocolate, place on wax paper, and then top with sprinkles. (You can also coat in chocolate and then dip it in sprinkles/toppings for it to be on both sides of the cracker.)
Let the chocolate harden; the refrigerator can help to speed up the process! Then place in a Tupperware or bag until ready to enjoy!
